- Banjara Chicken – This is prepared by cutting the chicken pieces in tikka size and marinating them with salt, turmeric, lemon juice, red chili powder and salt for 15 mins. In the meantime, roast and grind sesame seeds, mustard and the cumin, blend with the mixture and roast the chicken on the clay tandoor till it is at least dark brown and cooked.
- Chicken / Lamb Sheek Kabab – These kababs are usually made with chicken mince or lamb mince, chili flakes, garlic and ginger paste, lemon juice, coriander, cumin powder, salt and garam masala. It is then roasted on the fire in the mud oven called tandoor till soft and ready to eat.
- Lamb Chops – The lamb chops are cut out from the shoulder, loin, rib or sirloin of the lamb and loaded with blended spices finally roasted on a tandoor over at least 10 minutes.
