Did you know that when you order from any third party, the restaurants end up paying close to 40% commissions per order? You must know that there is a better way to order from your favorite restaurant rather than through third party if you really want them to get the due benefit for your order.
When you order through a direct website of the restaurant, you not only make it more profitable for them, but the ordering process is also more convenient and direct for you as a customer as well as it will cost you less per order.
They have their in-house ordering system which can assist you during your direct orders and you also get connected to the restaurant easily for placing your orders. However, when you place your orders through third parties like Grubhub or Doordash, the orders still come to the restaurant but with a big chunk of commission that the restaurant must pay them. Don’t you think this is unfair? Of course, the third parties market the restaurants through their online systems but is it fine to charge such large amounts of commissions from the restaurants?
